I saw how distracted I can get and was talking to myself a lot. I would like to learn what I was trying to tell myself from within.
Also,there were great open eye visuals and many auditory hallucinations.

Today was my first float. I had an amazing experience especially upon exiting the spa! Highly recommend the curious to give this try.
